Positive Thinking Day - September 13th - is a day to celebrate the benefits of positive thinking. We believe that by helping people change their thoughts we can make a lasting and positive difference in this world. We hope you will join us in this effort (see list below for ways to participate).
We are also raising money for the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation (CDRF) as part of the celebrations. According to Positive Thinking Day organizer, Dr. Harrell, “Christopher Reeve represented the best of positive thinking. It is because of his unwaivering positive attitude that we are proud to be raising money to benefit this foundation.”
50% of the ipopin.com proceeds from Positive Thinking Day events will go to CDRF. The Foundation is dedicated to curing spinal cord injury by funding innovative research, and improving the quality of life for people living with paralysis through grants, information and advocacy.
WAYS TO GET INVOLVED WITH POSITIVE THINKING DAY:
**PROMISE - You can help us change the world by focusing on the following affirmation on Positive Thinking Day - I choose to create a great day!
**POWER PACK - Anyone who makes a purchase of $9 or more at www.ipopin.com between September 8 -15, 2007 will receive the Positive Thinking Power Pack (bonus products worth over $100 from James Ray, Joe Vitale, and others). Plus 50% of your purchase price will be donated to CDRF.

How the heck did I miss this! I'm so all over it. I've already added "I choose to create a great day" to my calendar, but I think I'll use it today as well (and tomorrow... and the day after that... and the day after that...)
Thank you, Kirsten... you rock!

so so glad im not too late to catch this blog.
ive been creating my days ever since i read the secret.
all the way from india i just wanted to share this with everyone that focusing and being positive is all beneficial but the most important thing to manifest these positive thoughts in reality is to actually be tahnkful for every little thing in your life, gratitude shud be a part of life and if a person lacks that no secret , no amt of positive thots will help. focus on the good. filter the things you dont like.
my tip of the day:-
if u think you have nothing to be grateful for, nature and our universe exists for us, u can be thankful to that.
blessings!
light and life

Is this where I share my tip for staying positive? Here's mine:
One thing I've found that helps is to let go of the past. Don't dwell on mistakes or spend time regretting. Focus instead on right now and what you can do to make this moment great!
Kirsten, I love what you have done here. I am so excited about Positive Thinking Day!

Thanks for the feedback. I am so excited too! This has been one of the neatest things I've ever done. :)

I think the easiest way to stay positive it to give first. Give what you've got to give. You always end up getting back even more....so you have more to give!

I find it helpful to stay positive by appreciating the little things in life. Paying attention to daily things such as the first good cup of coffee in the morning, hearing the birds singing or a favorite song playing on the radio, putting on a cozy warm sweater when the air gets chilly, finding a good book to read in the library, etc. It makes me savor the ordinary day and makes life more satisfying.
Grandma Moses said "life is what we make of it, always has been, always will be."
We can make it a positive life!
