Positive Thinking Day (PTD) 08 is September 13th! We are planning for a bigger and better event this year! The 3 main purposes of PTD are to make the world more positive, find the most positive person, and to raise money for the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation. We hope that you will join us to change the world... one thought at a time!
COME CELEBRATE WITH US AND HELP US RAISE MONEY TO CURE SPINAL CORD INJURY:
Positive Thinking Day - September 13th - is a day to celebrate the benefits of positive thinking. We believe that by helping people change their thoughts we can make a lasting and positive difference in this world. We hope you will join us in this effort (see list below for ways to participate).
We are also raising money for the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation as part of the celebrations. According to Positive Thinking Day organizer, Dr. Harrell, “Christopher Reeve represented the best of positive thinking. It is because of his unwaivering positive attitude that we are proud to be raising money to benefit this foundation. He showed me that we really can choose a positive mindset no matter what the circumstances are. For that I will always be grateful.”
30% of the ipopin.com proceeds from Positive Thinking Day events will go to the Reeve Foundation. The Foundation is dedicated to curing spinal cord injury by funding innovative research, and improving the quality of life for people living with paralysis through grants, information and advocacy.

Let the fun begin!

Hi Kirsten,
I just love the way the web throws up spooky coincidences. A week ago we wrote an article about Christopher Reeve's moving words, quoted in Eric Schlosser's book, Fast Food Nation. That article ended with a link to the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation. Yesterday we discovered Phil Gerbyshak's blog, by following his link to our article on goal setting questions. Today we've unexpectedly found your wonderful site by reading Phil's post about Positive Thinking Day, in support of the Reeve Foundation. The blogosphere never ceases to amaze me, and sometimes it seems a very small sphere indeed! Positive Thinking Day. What a great concept! What were Christopher Reeves' moving words?
"What I do is based on powers we all have inside us; the ability to endure; the ability to love, to carry on, to make the best of what we have – and you don’t have to be a ‘Superman’ to do it." They don't come more positive than that....
Count us in. We'd be honoured to add a link to your site.
Regards and all the best,
Phil and Anthony

Hi Phil and Anthony,
I LOVE those synchrodestinies (as Deepak Chopra calls them). Very cool. When the timing is right, the right people come together! I love reading Christopher Reeve quotes. As you said they don't come any more positive and that's exactly why we are raising money for his foundation.
Thanks for your support!

One thing I did for myself on PTD was to go out and buy myself an uplifting book. After much search, I seemed drawn towards Azeem Kayum's book, Wrestling With the Goddess. I have all ready read most of it and I am highly recommending it to anyone who wants to build their character, spirituality, and positive thinking.
